Anthea Galahand was a mage of Dalaran, before leaving her studies and moving in with her new husband, Tristam Galahand, in Lakeshire. They met during a small conflict in the Hillsbrad Foothills, where Anthea was being harassed by a group of bandits on her way back to Dalaran. Luckily Tristam, then a Knight of the Silver Hand, noticed the commotion and killed the bandits that were about to attack the young mage. They then fell in love, and had three children - Melkorius, Inell and Valifar. Years later, Anthea travelled with Tristam, Inell and Melkorius and the majority of Lakeshire and Stonewatch's population to Menethil Harbor, to travel to Kalimdor with Jaina Proudmoore. Unfortunately, she was murdered by orcs on the pass through Dun Algaz.
