Queen Shvitzer is the current ruler of the Empire of Sweat, though along with the Empress of Blood and the Weeping King she is victim of the manipulations of the Vector Legion and is essentially ruler in name only. When the Empire of Tears conquers a nearby nation, Queen Shvitzer's advisors, Laurin Shattersmith and Jacinda convince her to liberate the city from the Weepies, followed by offering them a place in the Empire of Sweat for their own protection. Though such was the fate of the Free City of Doom, there may be changes following the events of Girard's Gate and the liberation of both Captain Amun-Zora and Ian Starshine and the beginning of their plans to liberate the city and ensure the fall of the Empire of Blood.
