Frank Schuber is a character only referenced in the Official Famitsu Guide to Clock Tower 2. He is described as a pyschologist who, alongside Samuel Barton, is profiling on the Clock Tower case. His only role is to write various articles within the guide proper, most of which outline details of the story and characters that the game doesn't bother telling the player; essentially, he's there to fill in the plot holes, explain things, and flesh out the actual plot.
