Jessica Halloran (b. October 2, 1987 in Sydney, Australia) is one of the daughters of Donna Halloran and Cassandra's sister, first seen in Big Red Car and last seen in It's a Wiggly, Wiggly World. She now works at the Australian Red Cross Blood Service.
