It requires Level 90 Magic, Level 90 Attack, Level 99 Prayer and Level 60 Dungeoneering to wield. To obtain this item, players need to combine the Staff of omnipotence with a Abandoned catalytic staff smuggled from the Abandoned floors of Daemonheim. Doing this requires Level 77 Crafting, and renders the staff untradeable. Smuggling the abandoned catalytic staff requires the player to pay the Smuggler in Daemonheim 1,672,540 Dungeoneering tokens and sacrificing 60,000 Dungeoneering experience.
