Ihtafeer was a Rakshasa who killed and disguised herself as Adratha in order to hide from Khan Zahraa, a Dao Djinn. If you talk to her in her disguise and you haven't already talked to Khan Zahraa, you will be able to buy things from her. Otherwise, she will turn hostile and two other Rakshasas will teleport in and attack with her. She can be found in a cottage in the Druid Grove. When killed she will drop a Periapt of Proof Against Poison, Ihtafeer's Head and a normal Long Sword.
