The Parent Teacher Organization Of Eradicating Youngsters, or PTOOEY, is an organization of five adult villains including both parents and teachers, as their name implies. They are a parody of the PTA. Like many villains, the members of the group represent archtypes of oppressive authority figures, in this case those related to school.
