Prior Rasicare is a cleric serving the Clergy of Artemicia in Reign. He acts as the caretaker of Artemicia's temple in the city and is an old associate of Thorn Stronghelm. He was promoted to the rank of prior during the Day of the Damned and helped treat Axikasha Keiran although he couldn't cure the strange demonic poison within her.
