The Kahnawake Condors were a Canadian Junior ice hockey team from Kahnawake, Quebec, Canada founded in 1999. The team relocated to Chambly, Quebec prior to the 2015-16 season and they were renamed the Chambly Forts. They are a part of the Quebec Junior AAA Hockey League.
