Matthew is having a lot of trouble with rubbish. Mo is dumping all of her rubbish in Sooty & Co. and Matthew calls the police to report a delgrub (a reverse burglary). Soon, a policeman called Maurice arrives who turns out to be Mo's brother. With his spotty dick and custard pudding hanging in the balance, Maurice calls for reinforcements - Officer Sooty. Who makes the rubbish vanish with his magic wand.
