Calorie Sticks are items in EarthBound. They are nutritious sticks that restore 60 HP to Ness, Paula or Jeff, but only 6 HP to Poo. They work well with the Sugar Packet. Calorie Sticks are not dropped by any enemy, but can be bought for $18 from a variety of drugstores and found in Belch's Factory and the Desert Gold Mine.
