Ryuta Ippongi (一本木龍太, Sometimes spelled Ryuuta Ippongi)is the leader of the Yuuhi Town Ouendan, who, along with Hayato Saionji, the player plays as if he/she is on medium mode. He is voiced by Kageura Daisuke, and is easily recognized by his tall, spiky hair. In the second game, he gains a wilder topknot.
