Sugith Varughese is an actor, writer and director. He was born in India and his family moved to Saskatchewan when he was a child. He played Dr. Basi in the E:FC episode "Scorpions Dream" but was not credited for his appearance. He is probably best-known for the role of Faisal on Little Mosque on the Prairie.
