Albert Neiswanger Hall, later Alberta N. Burton, was the composer who created musical settings for 26 L. Frank Baum poems in The Songs of Father Goose (1900), a follow-up to Baum's first great success, Father Goose (1899). The royalties from the book were split equally among Hall, Baum, and W. W. Denslow (the songbook used Denslow's original illustrations from Father Goose).
