Bill Jokela was a Beowulfan citizen and a member of the Biological Survey Corps. In 1922 PD, he was stationed with the anti-piracy task force aboard Parmley Station. When Takahashi Ayako came to the station’s control center to ask after her fiancé, Jokela gave her short introduction to basic astrogation. (CS3)
