Juliet Cesario is an American actress who voiced Sarah Bryant in the English version of the Virtua Fighter anime. She was affiliated with the now defunct Coastal Carolina Sound Studios; other characters she voiced include Belldandy in Oh! My Goddess and Miyuki Kobayakawa in You're Under Arrest (a series she also did ADR work for).
