William Chidsey was James Stark's mentor and best friend at the Chicago House of Night. He was a very skilled archer and for almost two hundred years, "he was the undisputed archery champion of all the vampyres." (Untamed, pg 106) William is first mentioned in Untamed by James Stark to Zoey. Stark accidentally killed Will in a horrible archery accident. Stark still feels horrible about the death of his mentor that he caused.
