David Lovelace (born January 9, 1970) is an animator known for creating the popular Flash cartoon Retarded Animal Babies, which has appeared as part of the G4 animated nightly block, Midnight Spank, as well as Newgrounds and Lovelace's own Retarded Animal Babies DVD box sets. A comic strip he drew, called The Packrat, about a rodent who collects synthesizers, ran in Keyboard Magazine in 2005-2006 [1] and from August, 2010 to present.
