Clancy Glitterface is some random pink mutant horse who runs around the demented streets of Toontown killing all the other mutant animals. He is Happycat's minion. Strangely, Clancy is a boy. Nobody knows why but its probably because he's a mutant horse. he also made the Red Band Toontown Blocker for some reason, probably so none of the mutants see him when he kills them. His worst enemy is Flippy because he cant seem to kill him no matter how hard he tries. He also likes Mortal Kombat, hence he listens to its battle music whenever he fights a level one Flunky.
