Barry Davis (11th April, 1936 - 15th September, 1990) worked as a director on 16 episodes of Coronation Street from December 1966 to July 1967. After Coronation Street and leaving Granada Television, he had a long and successful career until the early 1990s on series such as City 68, Mr Rose, Take Three Girls, Telford's Change, Play for Today and The Bill.
