Nightmare Aberration are seen in the quest File:Neutral 15.png [80] Hope Within the Emerald Nightmare where the player enters the Emerald Nightmare with the help of Remulos. They create a circle around the Shrine of Remulos to prevent further entrance into the dream. They are more of a gameplay mechanic, giving players a visual border of how far they can go before leaving the Emerald Dream.
