Yuri Markosov of Soviet CCCP first started out in the Cyberverse on July 22, 2008. After creation, he applied to join the New Pacific Order. Having done research prior to joining, he had found that the Order was the best alliance which offered the greatest community, as well as a chance for him to war which was something he looked forward to. He also believed that the Order would help him prosper. After submitting his application and going through the usual question and answer period, he was accepted as a Cadet into the academy. After completing the final exam, and passing it, Yuri Markosov was accepted into the New Pacific Order.
