Monica Lacy (born August 27, 1970 in Los Angeles) appears on Married with Children as Esther, a virgin teen in distress, who calls the Virgin Hotline, a service a celibacy support group for which Bud, as a hotline operator/on-call counselor, has to work as part of community service to earn extra college credit in the episode "Dial "B" for Virgin in Season 9.
