The Everlasting Goblet has the surprising ability to be never empty, meaning that the person possessing it will never again complain of thirst. However... the Goblet is quite small, meaning that someone has to drink from it many times to still the thirst. The Avatar found the Goblet in Furnace in Ultima VII Part Two in some ruins. If failing the test, Lord Zhelkas demanded the Goblet for passage. Otherwise, it stayed with the Avatar.
