The Association of Hungarian Content Providers (MTE) was founded in 2001 by the major online content providers in Hungary. The association published two codes of conduct and established a Professional Commission whose decisions binds members of the MTE. MTE also coordinates talks on content regulation involving public authorities and NGOs.
