Young Indiana Jones and the Cross of Coronado was a comic book written and drawn by Indiana Jones during his youth. The story recounted his attempt to acquire the Cross of Coronado from the treasure-hunter Fedora and his gang in Utah, 1912. At some point the comic fell into the possession of René Emile Belloq and it was found two years after his death by his son, who theorized that Jones must have given the book to his father when they were friends.
