The Nevarran Accord was an agreement signed in 1:20 Divine between the Inquisition and the Chantry to unite under one cause and establish the Chantry’s military arm. Together the Chantry and the Inquisition created the Circle of Magi during the rule of Orlais’s Emperor Drakon I, who is sometimes credited with the creation of the Circles. The Inquisition subsequently developed into two groups: the Templar Order and the Seekers of Truth.
