Doctor Andros Hareel was a Human male medical officer who served the Rebellion during the Galactic Civil War. He was assigned to investigate the plagues that were reportedly sweeping over the planet Sedesia. Although all signs pointed to Imperial involvement in the plague's release to stop a rebel cell from forming, Dr. Hareel advised that an Alliance team be sent to Sedesia in hopes of destroying the plague and gaining the native's support in the war.
