The Reverend Brymer Belcher (1819 - 25 November 1894) was an Anglican clergyman. The son of Alexander Brymer Belcher (details of whose will can be found here [1]) and his wife Maria nee Alcock, he was ordained a deacon in 1843 and a priest in 1844. From 1843-1845 he was a curate at West Tistead, Hampshire. In 1845 he transferred to the Diocese of London where he became curate of St Peter, Pimlico. In 1845 he was appointed vicar of the new parish St Gabriel, Pimlico. In 1866 he founded the Belgrave Hospital for Children in the parish.
