Television South West, or TSW, was the ITV franchise holder in the South West region of England. Transmission started 1st January 1982, succeeding Westward Television. They carried on with the showing of Coronation Street from the previous franchise holder starting with Episode 2166 on 4th January and showed their last edition, Episode 3483, on 30th December 1992, the day before they ceased tranmissions, and the region switched to Westcountry.
