BJ's biggest interests are politics and fashion. Despite having the appearance of an elder, BJ is actually an adult. According to his SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was blond before it turned grey. BJ is 18 days away from being an elder, when the game is first played. Sometimes if BJ is made playable, his PlumbBob will be inside him, instead of above his head. This happens with several other NPCs in The Sims 2.
