Stuart Foster is a Luthori politician who served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs under the Winship Ministry from 3945 to 3950 and under the Buckley Ministry from 3953 to 3956. Foster has served as the Whip of the Progressive Conservative Party since 3949 and Member of the Imperial Diet since 3945. Foster previously served as the Premier of Utagia from 3942 to 3945.
