Flippers (also known as Flippers the Merman) is a merpenguin that lives in Pengtlantis, a city in the depths of Club Penguin ocean along with Bubbles. Flippers loves to tell jokes, but according to Daisy, his jokes are "terrible" and make Bubbles nervous. The Costume Trunk describes him as "a friendly merman who enjoys telling jokes to new friends."
