Slipslide Ride is the second level in Gorilla Glacier in Donkey Kong Country. It comes after Snow Barrel Blast and Ice Age Alley (Croctopus Chase in the Game Boy Advance version) comes after it. This level takes place in a cavern filled with crystals and ice. There are also ropes which are slippery, allowing Donkey and Diddy to slide upwards on the blue ropes and downwards on the purple ropes. Enemies can also be a hazard in this area; four Kritters (all whom bounce), three Armies, six Klaptraps, twenty eight Zingers and two Neckies get in the way of completing the level.
