This spell was attempted by Willow Rosenberg to transmogrify R.J. Brooks into a woman. The reason for this was because she had fallen under a love spell with the male RJ, despite being a lesbian, and wanted to change him into a female to accommodate her sexuality. The idea was accidentally given to her by Anya who snarkily asked if Willow would turn R.J into a woman to prove her love for him with magic. Willow managed start the incantation before Xander Harris interrupted the spell by covering her mouth, ending the spell, much to Willow's annoyance. The spell called upon the goddess Hecate.
