Strike Resist is is the ability to to resist being struck with a critical hit from a physical attack, resulting in normal damage instead. The higher the Strike Resist, the more likely it is to resist the critical hit. This is beneficial in PvP to all classes, but of more benefit to the Sorcerer and Spiritmaster who have fewer defenses against physical attacks.
