The Fishing Festival is an annual event that takes place in Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories. On the morning of fishing festival, Sam will drop by your house and inform you that it is fishing festival and would like to invite you to participate. Try to participate sharp at 10am as the time will not stop or rollback like previous harvest moon version. Therefore participating early will give you more time to fish for points.
