A dojutsu wielded by Saito Uchiha, upon the activation of his Mangekyo Sharingan or Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, Saito is able to create invisible ice along his line of vision, using his left eye, this ice was special in that it couldn't harm its creator and that from the moment of its creation it would rapidly drop in temperature making it hard to form fire releases, or even real fire around it, as well as effectively stop itself from being melted, as when the liquid form does appear the major drop in temperature would just refreeze the liquid before it can fall.
