Lethorn was the name Chagrians applied to the large growths that hung from each side of their head. Both males and females grew lethorns, but males also possessed a secondary pair of horns sprouting from the tops of their heads. Sul Dekkon often wore decorative spheres of polished ebonium on the tips of his lethorns.
