The Arfoire Movement, also known as the Arfoire Syndicate of International Crime (ASIC), is a group of devoted followers that worship Arfoire and work for her. ASIC is composed of Four Felons known as Criminals of The Free World (CFW for short), and a grunt squad. They serve as the primary antagonist for Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2. Their goal is to revive Arfoire by means of providing her with shares stolen from the other goddesses, which they achieve by distributing counterfeit products and cheat devices to steal people's faith. By the end of the game, the only surviving members are Linda and Pirachu.
