Win Sandheaver, also known as Master Staddle, was the head of the Sandheavers, a family of Hobbits that lived in Bree that bordered the Shire. Often working as a Smial-builder like every member of the his clan, Win had gained friendship with the big-folk that lived Bree, and would sometimes pay a visit in the Prancing Pony.
