The Hilfmann is the advisor and administrator of the Oberjarl, the king of Skandia. He works in the Main Hall in Hallasholm. The main task of a Hilfmann is governing taxes and laws. Borsa is the only known hilfmann, having served both Oberjarls Ragnak and Erak.
