Baul was a male ferret who was part of the Sea Raiders. He was one of the two ferrets who were in charge of Vizka Longtooth's ship, the Bludgullet, the other being Widge. Later, Gorath the Flame nearly slew Baul and Widge, but then decided to give them another chance, and released them. Baul and Widge are presumed to have lived in Mossflower Woods until their death.
