Count Greyson Uebles, also known as Darth Cypher, was the ninth Emperor of the Galaxy (April 2003 - May 2004). Most of his career was spent as a naval officer, but he also spent time in Imperial Intelligence and the Imperial Core's Praetorian Guard. After his ascension to the Imperial Throne, it was revealed that Uebles was also a Sith Lord.
