These pests can disguise themselves as "No Parking" signs and then move to where someone has parked a hovercraft so cops are fooled into giving a ticket. If someone parks near a parkguiyii, it will make the hovercraft have a seizure and fall apart. The only good they have is to police sidewalks. If a weegee litters on a sidewalk they will attack insanely. In some cities they are so common that weegees need to drive around all day to find a place to park, before coming back to always find a ticket.
