Chiharu Inaba is a Jonin from Konohagakure, and the leader of Team 8. Chiharu has been given the nickname Lady Luck due to a number of luck based jutsu that she uses, as well as for her uncanny good fortune. Chiharu is seen as somewhat of an airhead by her colleagues and superiors. Her somewhat flippant attitude is well noted by others, as is her generally irresponsible use of mission funds. Yet no matter how much Chiharu seems to goof off everything seems to go right for her. Furthermore it would be wrong to chalk her successes up to pure luck, for despite appearances Chiharu is a formidable fighter with a strong grasp of tactics and strategy. Chiharu is also considered to be in the running for Konoha's #1 most attractive kunoichi.
