Sicap is a Swiss mobile communications software company that provides mobile device management, near field communication, mobile payment and mobile banking services and products. It was founded in 1994 as a department of Swisscom Mobile and spun off in 2000. Swisscom remains the company's majority shareholder, with Sicap's management owning a minority of shares.
