Dulgan is one of the four clan leaders of the Stronghold who appear in the One Khan, One Clan scenario of the To Honour Our Fathers campaign in the Heroes of Might and Magic V expansion, Tribes of the East. Kujin needs to convince all of them to follow Gotai. Dulgan is chief of the Baishin-gal clan, one of the most well-protected strongholds in the region. He was glad to hear that there was a new khan, since he and his warriors had long looked forward to a new war to fight. They also hoped they could free some slaves in the process.
