Rouria (ru:ɪɑ:), officially the Rourian Union (Hirvitean: Rausreti Dospuklie, pronounced: [ru:zrətɪ dʊspu:xɪəh] ), is a nation in the Southern Indian Ocean. It is bordered all by the Indian Ocean, it also has sea borders with Seychelles, Maldives and Mauritius. The Rourian Territories are influenced by a Southern Mediterranean Climate. It has over 136 million people and is rich in culture and history.
