Bugby, A.K.A. Experiment 128, is an illegal genetic experiment created by Jumba Jookiba. He is designed to turn entire civilizations into harmless bugs. In Lilo and Stitch: The Series, he was reprogammed to turn only inanimate objects into bugs. The one way to reverse his effects is to activate a certain growth machine in Jumba's lab. His one true place is helping farmers by turning rocks into aphid-eating ladybugs.
